Terms of Use

These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. The app

Postmark creates a travel journal from your own photo library. Trip detection and place names are automatic and may not always be accurate.

2. Postmark Pro

Options: yearly subscription (a free trial may be offered), monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Your content

Your photos and journal remain yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for what you choose to share, and for having the rights to it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Postmark is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data; keep your own backups of your photo library.

6. Changes and contact
